Founder Sarah Russo has worked in the family law field for over 20 years, first as a paralegal and later as an attorney. She began her practice at RUSSO & PRINCE, later joining the partnership RUSSO ELMS ROBERTS and finally branching out on her own to build RUSSO FAMILY LAW APC with her associate Emily Verrill. 

Before law, Sarah was a Montessori teacher with an undergraduate degree in Psychology.  

Emily is a dedicated family law attorney, handling divorce and domestic violence cases with skill and compassion. 

We like to think that what sets us apart is our down to earth approach to advising our clients, focusing on the client's goals and priorities to achieve the best outcome. We partner with our clients - ensuring they have the information they need to make informed choices. 

Ms. Russo has also served for many years as minor's counsel, helping children caught in the family court system to be heard and their interests considered. 

Ms. Russo also offers skillful mediation services in family court cases - helping separating families quickly and amicably divorce or mediate custody disputes without the stress, cost and delay involved in a litigated process.
